On Monday 12 March 2018 we held the first 5-day joint staff training session in Lille, France. Its main objective was to introduce the general topic of key competences for employability concerning different groups of beneficiaries, in order to equip everyone with a broad range of skills which opens doors to personal fulfilment and development, social inclusion, active citizenship and employment. These include literacy, numeracy, science and foreign languages, as well as transversal skills key competences, entrepreneurship, critical thinking, problem solving or learning to learn, and financial literacy.
